Customer Service
  • Your complete satisfaction at Perfect Trend Hair Salon is our highest priority.It is our policy to fix any problem if you call us within 3 days of your service,we do not issue refunds.
  • We do not refund money on hair products.We do not accept returns on hair extensions and hair ornaments.
  • Return on Flat irons and other appliances must be done within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Cancellation Policy
  • As a courtesy we ask that you give us at least 24 hours if rescheduling/cancelling in order to avoid fees and other charges.
  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late for your  appointment ,may result in the need to reschedule your appointment.
Children
  •  While we do everything possible to accommodate the needs of our clients, we are not able to offer child care during appointments.  Please remind your children to avoid running, spinning or climbing on chairs. We would like to request children not receiving services to remain in the lobby with an adult.
